HOW TO USE?

You can use your personal debit card with Apple Pay and Google Pay if the vendor accepts these payment methods for purchases.

Currently, we only offer business checking accounts for businesses.

That said, this is something that can change as we continue to scale and add more to our product offerings. Hopefully, then you can join us in our mission to change the way business banking is done.

At this time, Capital1 is not participating in the Paycheck Protection Program. You can receive loans or payments from the PPP to be deposited directly into your Capital1 account.

Our support channels are open 24/7, feel free to call, email or write our live support to get instant help.

Are my deposits insured by the FDIC?

Your deposits are insured up to the FDIC standard insurance amount, which is currently $250,000 per depositor. This insurance is provided through our partner bank, Middlesex Federal Savings. Their FDIC certificate number is 28368 and can be found on the FDIC BankFind Tool.

Can I send domestic and international wires with Capital1 ?

Capital1 account holders can receive domestic and international wire transfers, but in order to send a wire internationally, we have integrated with Wise for low fees and great service. You'll find this in the 'Apps' tab of the Capital1 app. If you already have the integration, go to 'Move money' and click on 'International Payment'.

Instead of domestic wires, we do offer ACH transfers that are fee-free and can be made easily through the Capital1 app.

Are there any hidden charges or additional fees that I should be aware of?

Zero Hidden Charges

Does Capital1 charge a fee for incoming transfers?

Capital1 doesn't charge any fees for incoming transfers.

If you notice fees on your transfer, they might come from the external processor handling the funds. We recommend contacting the sender and asking them to check with their bank about any fees associated with outgoing transfers.
